Data submission

To ensure first-time success in submitting your graphics, there are a few guidelines you should follow:

1. Supported file types are: .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .JPG, and .TIFF
2. Send your data in the standard 1:10 by 300dpi.
3. Use Vector Art for logos, fonts, and line drawings.
4. Don’t spend unnecessary amounts of information. Only include graphics to be printed. Do not include notes, comments, or additional guidelines in your file.
5. Before sending your file, ensure that it is not password locked or encrypted.
6. Make sure that you leave enough extra space between your Logo or Text and the border of the flag or banner. Consider that there should be an extra gap of a minimum of 20mm for the confection of the flag. This is to avoid problems when the borders are sewed or pinched.
7. Color type: CMYK, Pantone solid color C, HKS K, or RAL.
8. Always send a printout of the colors that you want to have.
